OSU WINTER CROP SCHOOL

Registration for the 2023 Oklahoma State University Winter Crops School is now open. The WCS will be held December 19th and 20that the OSU Student Union, 2nd floor Ballroom.
The WCS is a great opportunity for CCAs, agronomists and producers to learn about the latest research and management strategies for crop and forage production in the southern Great Plains.
CCA CEU’s Offered: Total 14: 4 NM, 4SW, 2IPM, 4CP.
ODAFF CEU’s Offered: 2 CEU’s in 1a, 10

Early-Bird Registration for the in-person or virtual meeting is $175 per person. After December 5th the cost goes up to $225. Register online now by clicking here. Or go to orangehub.okstate.edu, Ag Conferences, Winter Crop Schools. Everyone must register through the online marketplace via credit card. No mail-in registration will be accepted. The CCA Exam Prep course is being offered on Monday December 18 from 12-5pm. Course cost is included in the registration fee for the conference. If only attending the CCA Exam course the cost is $50.
Registration and meals:
Registration will begin on Tuesday, December 19 at 9:00 am, classbegins at 10:00 am.
Wednesday’s breakfast will be at the Ranchers Club beginning at 7:00 am and class will begin at 8:00 am back in the ballroom.
Lunch will be provided both days of conference.
Registration includes:
Tuesday lunch and breaks, Thursday breakfast, lunch & breaks
Depending on interest and availability of space, there will be a networking reception starting at 6:30pm at the Salty Bronc located on Washington (aka the strip)
Parking:
Parking is available in the Student Union parking garage. You will be provided a pass each day at registration to get out of the garage when you depart.
OSU faculty and staff will need to use your own permits and park in appropriate lots per OSU parking policy. OSU Parking Map https://parking.okstate.edu/parking-map (lot 112G)
Virtual School:
There is an option on the registration to attend virtually. A link will be emailed to you prior to the class.
Hotel:
There is a Winter Crop group room block at the Atherton Hotel
Group rate is $109.95 for standard and $119.95 for queen gardens
